"Earning a minor in Leadership at CNU was a great experience and an excellent complement to my education. The minor allows you to gain a broad knowledge of leadership theories and concepts and then explore their real-world application in other courses. Many classes included in the minor engage ethical decision making and the ability to operate in a multi-cultural world, both of which are invaluable skills today. Will is current a student at the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at
the College of William and Mary.

"The leadership minor is applicable in all fields, despite the fact
that my career goals changed, I still had a firm foundation to build
